Getting less than 6 hours of sleep on a daily basis increases the risks of heart and kidney diseases, and if that doesn’t sound scary enough, the results are also visible on your face. 😥 Dull and droopy skin will ensue, accompanied by dark circles and sagging eyes.
Make sure your diet is well balanced, comprising the right amount of greens, dairy, and fruits. If you want to look good on the outside, you need to take care of the inside! 🍎
Let’s not forget about your grooming habits. Sometimes, men look aged because of their unkempt beards, bad haircuts, and general appearance. If you wear dated clothes and ratted out shoes, there’s no other way of putting it, except you look bad. 🤐
If you wear the right fitting clothes and keep yourself looking hygienic and well-groomed, you automatically look younger and better. No one likes to see untamed brows, nose and ear hair! 😏
