Since we manufacture in small batches, the product you're looking for may not always be in stock. Simply click on the "Notify Me" option on the product page and share your email address. We'll be sure to send you an email when the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a HIVADO account and are signed in at the same time.

Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Unfortunately, our emails can sometimes accidentally go straight to your junk folder and/or maybe flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders and mark us as nice monkeys instead of spam. If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please fill out the contact page on our website and we will be happy to assist further. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any edits or substitutions.

However, if you notice something amiss once the order has been placed, let us know as soon as possible at orders@thehivado.com. We may be able to cancel and refund your order so that you can place another with the correct items.

Apologies about the mix-up. If there is an issue with the order you have received, we request that you provide a clear photo of the packing slip (clearly displaying the order number and any initials marked) and all the units received (preferably in the original packaging). One of our service team members will be happy to further assist in resolving this issue. If an item is faulty, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue.

The reasons this may have happened vary from the validity of your card/net banking details to insufficient funds in the account to technical difficulties. If you were recently issued a new card, some of the information may have changed. If that is the case, please confirm your credit card details and try again. Also, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card. If the problem persists, do get in touch with us.

We work as hard to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, bad weather, or things beyond our control. No, you may place an order using guest checkout without creating an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. This will also help you enjoy special benefits as well as enable you to share ratings and review our products as per your experience.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. If you have a HIVADO account, you can track your order using your order number and your email address here.

We work with various shipping partners depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. Most orders arrive at their destination within 3-8 business days.

If you’re not satisfied with your HIVADO purchase for whatever reason, write to us at orders@hivado.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We’ll get back to you with the information regarding your return & we’re happy to refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping.

If the product is unopened, we’ll exchange it for another HIVADO product, against the difference in price. We can also issue a product exchange for any item that is undamaged, in its original packaging, within 7 days of the delivery date. Send it over with the original receipt, so that we can verify it as saleable.

We're sorry that you're not satisfied with your HIVADO purchase. Please contact our customer service team at orders@thehivado.com in order to initiate the return process.

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 15 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we must first ensure that the order meets our criteria, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. For any such requirements, please write to us at orders@thehivado.com. Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 15 business days.

We ship across India, save for a few unserviceable locations. All domestic orders of INR 700/- & above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 65/- if your total order value is less INR. 700/-.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at orders@thehivado.com. We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package, and the damaged items will be replaced.

Unfortunately, the shipping fee is non-refundable. You will have to pay your own shipping costs when returning your purchased items. We recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a returned item is lost in the shipment back, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If your order is more than 7 business days late, please check your tracking number and history for the latest update on your package shipment. Feel free to reach out to orders@thehivado.com to find out where your order is.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email with your online tracking information including a tracking number. If you have a HIVADO account, you can track your order using your order number and your email address here.

We assign tracking numbers to parcels just before they are shipped. As soon as your parcel is sent out, we will be sending you a tracking notification with your tracking number for each order along with a link so you know where your order is. Please check your spam folder for such an email.
