Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. We work with various shipping partners depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. Most orders arrive at their destination within 3-8 business days.
If you’re not satisfied with your HIVADO purchase for whatever reason, write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We’ll get back to you with the information regarding your return & we’re happy to refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping.
If the product is unopened, we’ll exchange it for another HIVADO product, against the difference in price. We can also issue a product exchange for any item that is undamaged, in its original packaging, within 7 days of the delivery date. Send it over with the original receipt, so that we can verify it as saleable.

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 15 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we must first ensure that the order meets our criteria, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. For any such requirements, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 15 business days.
We ship across India, save for a few unserviceable locations. All domestic orders of INR 700/- & above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of INR. 65/- if your total order value is less INR. 700/-.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package, and the damaged items will be replaced.
Unfortunately, the shipping fee is non-refundable. You will have to pay your own shipping costs when returning your purchased items. We recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a returned item is lost in the shipment back, we will not be able to issue a refund.

We assign tracking numbers to parcels just before they are shipped. As soon as your parcel is sent out, we will be sending you a tracking notification with your tracking number for each order along with a link so you know where your order is. Please check your spam folder for such an email.

We strongly encourage our customers to repurpose their HIVADO containers. Our jars are well-suited to use as storage containers for small household items, from paper clips to staples, and other small knick-knacks. HIVADO bottles make serviceable and attractive vases, as well as worthy vessels to house oils in your pantry, as the aluminium used is food grade.

When unopened and stored at room temperature, our products are good to use for up to 2 years. Once opened, please refer to the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to identify the lifetime of the product. For example, 12M equals one year from date of opening, 9M equals nine months from date of opening.
