Delivery and Returns
Orders are shipped within 3 (three) business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid and upon confirmation of order for COD. Delivery of all orders will be to mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order.
As per the laws of the Land we are obliged to send the Invoice Copy along with the package as a part of shipping document including for any order made for Gifting purpose.
Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; family member, colleague, neighbour etc. However, Hivado will not take any responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.
Hivado is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages/ damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery along with the images of the damaged product.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
If you need to change an order you have already placed or If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or any other concern, please contact us at +91-91410-02299 (Timings: 9:30 am - 5pm IST, Monday to Friday), or email us at email@example.com. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 10-15 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at +91-91410-02299 (Timings: 9:30 am - 5 pm IST, Monday to Friday), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of placing the order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us then the order will not be cancelled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer refunds for all products returned within 7 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue.

Hivado reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your Order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your Order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
We do not provide refunds for products purchased outside of www.thehivado.com. You must abide by the return and exchange policies set in place by the authorized retailer you have made your purchase with. Please contact the retailer in question for more details.
Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
- Returns are subject to inspection and checking by Hivado’s Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns and Refunds Policy.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing. The refund process will be completed within 10-12 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.
- Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product purchased through a promotion, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Hivado is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account. No cash refunds are permitted.
- The product should be returned to our address at: Navo Lifestyle Private Limited. #6/3-2/1, 1st Cross, Kumara Krupa Road, Kumar Cot Layout, Bangalore – 560 001.
- Place your item in its original packaging.
- Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
- Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by Hivado.
